Pencil & Tape (recommended)

You will need:
• Pencil
• White paper
• Clear tape

1. Shade a large, dark area on a sheet of paper with the pencil.
2. Rub your clean, dry fingertip over it.
3. Gently press a piece of clear tape onto your fingertip.
4. Carefully peel it off and stick it onto a sheet of white paper.
5. Repeat this 2–4 times on clear areas of the paper.
6. Take a clear, sharp photo and upload it.

Using a felt-tip pen

You will need:
• Black, washable felt-tip pen
• White paper

1. Wash and dry your finger.
2. Apply a thin layer of felt-tip pen ink to your fingertip.
3. Press your finger straight onto the paper without moving it.
4. Make 3–5 fingerprints.
5. Take a clear, sharp photo and upload it.

Yes, this is generally possible.

Please make sure the photo is:
• sharp
• well lit
• as high-resolution as possible.

For the best result:
1. Photograph your finger from above in bright daylight.
2. Make sure the fingerprint lines are clearly visible.
3. Please do not use flash or filters.

The better the quality of your image, the more detail we can reproduce from your fingerprint on the jewellery.

As every fingerprint is unique and the quality of uploaded images can vary, slight differences in linework, level of detail or engraving depth may occur. If individual areas of the image are not fully visible, we will use our many years of experience to recreate them as authentically as possible for a high-quality, natural result.
